Suspicious activity is watched around the clock, but a human makes every single ban - no account is ever lost to an automatic decision. The ban-wave numbers and any operational change are posted publicly every month, and kept on the forum where you can search them.

One account per person, no multiboxing in combat: the people next to you, the auction house, the /who list - all real.A level field. Staff have no in-game advantage. No GM gear, no GM gold, no insider economy.
