OFF attack keeps your character grinding with the client open. It is only good if you do not die or waste pots. Set one safe AoE, reduce range, and pick a corner where knockbacks cannot chain pull. Use a strict MU Helper filter (jewels, ancients, quest items) and skip junk; your inventory fills faster than you think.
Check zen costs per stage and whether your server limits OFF hours. If you come back to an empty pot bar, shrink your pull size and move to an easier map. AFK progress works when it is safe, not when it is greedy.
