Terms of Service
Welcome to MU Top 100. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1) Acceptance of Terms
By using the site, you accept these Terms and any referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy and Editorial Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2) Accounts
Some features require an account. Provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3) Acceptable Use
- Comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Do not interfere with the service, perform large‑scale scraping, attempt automated voting, or conduct security testing without prior written consent.
- Respect intellectual property and brand‑safety requirements.
4) Listings & Rankings
Rankings reflect community voting with integrity checks and monthly resets. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled and do not change organic rank order. See Methodology.
5) User Content
You retain rights to content you submit (e.g., server descriptions) and grant MU Top 100 a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and promote it in connection with the service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
6) Moderation
We may remove or restrict listings for violations, fraud, safety risks, or prolonged inactivity. You can appeal via Contact.
7) Paid Services & Sponsorships
Paid features (e.g., visibility, banner placements) are billed as described at purchase. They can improve visibility but do not alter organic ranking order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are final.
8) Intellectual Property
All site content (text, graphics, software) is owned by MU Top 100 or its licensors. “MU Online” is a trademark of Webzen Co., Ltd., used for reference only.
9) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, or specific ranking outcomes.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MU Top 100 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, or the mandatory laws of your habitual residence where required. Venue for disputes will be the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12) Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes may be notified more prominently. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
