Use spots with clear ground and no risky ledges. Bring enough potions and watch durability on wings and gear. Icarus is a good place to practice measured pulls: take one or two groups, reset, and repeat. If entry needs a specific item on your server, get it ready before you travel so you do not waste time running back.
