• Email address — When you create an account, submit a server, or opt in to updates/news (rarely sent).
• IP address — Collected automatically to prevent bot abuse and protect vote integrity (security logs).

We do not collect or store payment card data on this website. We do not collect advertising identifiers.

2) Why We Collect It (Purposes & Lawful Bases)

• Run the service (Contract/Legitimate Interests): Provide accounts, listings, and essential communications.
• Prevent abuse (Legitimate Interests): Use IPs to detect and limit automated or fraudulent activity (e.g., vote manipulation).
• Updates/News (Consent): If you opt in, we may send occasional service updates or news. You can opt out at any time.

3) Do We Sell or Share Your Data?

No. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4) Who Processes Your Data (Service Providers)

We use a small number of processors to operate the service. They may process your email and/or IP address on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations:

• Hosting & infrastructure/CDN & DDoS protection (e.g., your host, CDN, and anti-bot provider such as Cloudflare/Turnstile) — site delivery, security, and bot prevention.
• Email delivery (e.g., Amazon SES/SMTP) — send account emails and optional updates.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, our service, or our rights.

5) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies to keep sessions secure and to run anti-bot checks (e.g., CAPTCHA). We do not use advertising cookies. If we offer preferences (e.g., language), those may set a lightweight preference cookie.

6) How Long We Keep Data (Retention)

• Email address: kept while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe from updates, we may keep your email on a suppression list to honor your opt-out.

7) Where Data Is Processed (International Transfers)

Our service is not directed to children under the age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
